Payments and charges
Card payments for the fan store and for NFT Studio are handled by Stripe, a third party payment provider. ZINZ.CLUB never sees or stores your full card details.
Charges appear on your statement as ZINZ.CLUB.
If you do not recognise a charge or something looks wrong, write to support@zinz.club before you contact your bank. Include the email address used at checkout, the date and the amount so we can find it quickly.
Fan store orders
The fan store is where club goods and collectibles live. What is available at any moment is shown on the store page.
For questions about an order, shipping or a return, write to support@zinz.club with your order details.
NFT Studio
NFT Studio at studio.zinz.club is the creator tool for layered pixel art, collection generation and launching collections.
Studio accounts, payments and technical problems are handled by support@zinz.club. Tell us what you were doing and what you saw on screen.
Collections and the ZINZ coin
Blockchain transactions are public and cannot be reversed by us or by anyone else. We can help you understand a transaction but we cannot undo it.

Stay safe
We will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys or full card number. Ignore anyone who does, even if they use our name.
