By using ZINZ.CLUB you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Information and culture only

The whole site is provided for information, culture and community. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice and nothing is an offer or a promise of value, utilization or returns.

The ZINZ coin

ZINZ is the official community token of ZINZ.CLUB. It is not an investment product, security or financial instrument and does not represent ownership, equity, profit-sharing rights, dividends or claims on revenue.

Digital assets are volatile and risky. Any decision you make about ZINZ is yours alone and you make it at your own risk.

NFTs and collections

Collections, mints and marketplaces may be run by us or by third parties. Blockchain transactions are public, irreversible and outside our control.

You are responsible for verifying contracts, links and wallet prompts before you act. We are not responsible for losses from scams, copied links or mistakes made on connected networks.

Store and purchases

Fan store orders and checkout may be handled by third party providers. Availability, pricing, fulfilment, shipping and payment are subject to those providers and their own terms.

Payments and refunds

Card payments are processed by Stripe, a third party payment provider. Prices are shown before you pay and charges appear on your statement as ZINZ.CLUB.

Digital items and blockchain transactions are final once completed. If you were charged by mistake or have a problem with a physical order, write to support@zinz.club and we will review it as the law requires.

NFT Studio

NFT Studio at studio.zinz.club is a creator tool for layered pixel art and collections. Any paid feature is shown before you pay.

You are responsible for the work you create or upload and for having the rights to use it. Launching a collection on a blockchain is your decision and your risk.

Third party links and tools

We link to services such as wallets, marketplaces and payment providers that we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content, security, availability or actions.

No warranties

The site and everything on it are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZINZ.CLUB and the people behind it are not liable for any loss or damage that arises from your use of the site, the ZINZ coin, the collections, the store or any linked third party.

You use the site and any connected services at your own risk and you remain responsible for your own choices.

About the operator

ZINZ.CLUB is currently operated by an individual, not a registered company. A company will be registered once that becomes required under the law that applies to the operator. This is common practice below certain income levels in many countries.

These terms are written with Swiss law, European Union law including GDPR and general international consumer protection principles as a starting point. This does not mean the operator is registered in Switzerland or the EU. Wherever you live, the consumer protection law of your own country still applies and this page does not reduce it.
