Privacy Policy

The short version

You can browse most of ZINZ.CLUB without giving us personal details. We do not run accounts on zinz.club and we never ask for your wallet seed phrase.

What we may collect

We may collect basic technical data such as your browser type, device and the pages you visit. This comes from standard server logs and from privacy respecting analytics if it is enabled.

We use this information only to keep the site working and to understand what is useful. We do not sell your personal data.

Payments

Card payments for the fan store and for NFT Studio are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects the card and billing details you enter at checkout and handles them under its own privacy policy. ZINZ.CLUB does not see or store your full card number.

We may receive limited information from the payment, such as your name, email address, order details and whether the payment went through. We use it to fulfil your order, send receipts and answer questions about a charge.

NFT Studio

NFT Studio at studio.zinz.club is a separate app that is part of ZINZ.CLUB. If you create a Studio account we keep the account details you give us (such as your email address) and the work you create there so the service can run.

Wallets and on-chain activity

Any blockchain, NFT or coin activity happens on public networks and through third party wallets and tools that we do not control. On-chain data is public by design and sits outside this website.

You are responsible for keeping your wallet, keys and seed phrase safe. ZINZ.CLUB will never ask for your seed phrase.

Third party services

Marketplaces, wallets and other linked tools may be operated by other companies. Their privacy practices are their own and we are not responsible for them. Please review their policies before you use them.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the providers that help us run ZINZ.CLUB, such as Stripe for payments and our hosting and analytics providers. They get only what they need for that job. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Information is passed to these providers over encrypted connections. We do not sell your personal data.

How we keep information safe

We use encrypted connections, we keep card handling with Stripe and we limit who can access the information we hold. No online service can promise perfect security, so please use strong passwords and keep your wallet and keys safe.
